What counts as an analysis
One analysis per commit that OnPair reviews on a pull request. Pushing twice to the same pull request is two analyses; reopening it is none, because the commit has already been read. Going over your allowance pauses new analyses until the period rolls over or you move up a plan — nothing is billed by surprise.
